Join us in a pivotal role where you will enhance quality management within our Project Management function for Small Gas Turbine (SGT) projects. You will ensure process integrity and support successful project execution, all while embedding quality throughout the project lifecycle—from initial planning to final delivery. By focusing on project quality planning, ongoing assurance, process improvement, and stakeholder reporting, you will play a crucial part in driving excellence and innovation.
Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews on active projects to ensure compliance with quality plans and ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor project activities to identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and potential risks, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for project non-conformances and customer complaints, driving effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans that align with customer requirements and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to project management and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a quality management role, ideally within a project-based or engineering environment.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor.
- Strong command of quality methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001, along with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with quality management systems (QMS) and a commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
