Circa £35,000 DOE

Based in Lincoln but servicing customers worldwide, our Client has built a reputation for fast and effective service whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable team. Working in the contract manufacturing sector, a multiskilled opportunity has arisen covering all aspects of Quality Engineering, Health and Safety Management and Manufacturing Engineering. The HSEQ Coordinator / Lead role will include;

Quality

• Overseeing the company’s quality management systems in line with ISO 9001
• Monitoring, reporting on and driving improvement of the company’s performance against agreed quality KPI’s
• Handling customer and supplier quality issues
• Reviewing, developing and introducing standard operating procedures
• Overseeing training activities, attending meetings and making recommendations geared towards continual improvement

Health & Safety

• Review work areas, machines and processes to identify potential hazards and risks
• Develop and implement risk assessments to evaluate and control those risks ensuing that all areas have suitable risk assessments for their operations and activities
