We are looking for a new retail assistant for our shop in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The role is a permanent part‑time position with a minimum of 12 hours worked over 3 days each week, including weekends.

  12 hours across 3 days per week
• Pay: £10.95 – £12.81 per hour
  • 16‑20 years old: £10.95 per hour
  • 21+ years old: £12.81 per hour

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello
• Help customers find the items they are looking for
• Deliver fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye
• Handle stock with care whilst working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves for customers to buy
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work
• Comfortable with a busy workload, jumping from deliveries to tills, shop floor assistance and cleaning/stock rotation tasks
• Reliability – you will be a key part of a small team that depends on you to perform each shift to the best of your ability
• A willingness to be flexible with shifts when team members are off or on holiday; rota’s are planned three weeks in advance and your commitments will be taken into account
• Completion of an Employment Verification check, if offered the position
