Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25.

For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can choose to work fewer hours (minimum 12).

We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and ensure you have at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.

• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Being yourself, living our values, making everyone feel welcome and always following our policies.
• At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
