Pay starts from £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with the option to work as few as 12 hours.

• Serve shoppers and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop knowledge of products and store services.
• Assist in picking, replenishment and general store operations.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and deliver service excellence.
• Make decisions that best meet customer needs and deliver store routines accurately.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and contribute to service and sales improvement, waste reduction and profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
• Act as a brand ambassador, be punctual, well‑presented and uphold our values.
