New Homes Sales Advisor – Part-Time (Lincoln)
Salary: £30,000 pro-rata
Hours: 10:30am – 5:30pm
Working Pattern: Tuesday and Wednesday, plus one weekend per month and holiday cover

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Lincoln.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a reputable house builder, guiding prospective buyers through the sales journey and ensuring a first-class customer experience from first enquiry to completion.

• Meet and greet potential buyers, providing a warm and professional service.
• Present show homes and developments to prospective purchasers.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interest to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and sales.
• Support the wider sales team as needed, including providing holiday cover.

• Previous experience in sales, property, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, approachable, and confident working with the public.
• Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach to work.

• Competitive salary of £30,000 pro-rata.
