A fast-growing technology company in Lincoln is seeking junior telesales agents to drive sales of tenants insurance. As part of a hybrid setup, you'll work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
This role offers a realistic OTE of £38k in the first year, even with little previous sales experience. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills and be rewarded for achieving both sales and behavioural targets, creating a vibrant and supportive work culture.
