• Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining contact throughout the sales and pre‑delivery process
• Delivering professional and engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
• Selling vehicles, finance and additional products
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer service

• 3 Years previous experience within an automotive sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated with a driven and professional approach
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
