Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser - Lincoln -

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

What do you need to be good at?

• Engaging with people from all walks of life, establishing their needs and wants through email, phone, face to face and video.
• Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalize on opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Collaborating with peers to identify referral opportunities.
• Driving accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
• Strong on-camera presence to engage and expand your audience.

Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser

• Generate and maintain client relationships, maximize in-branch opportunities and thrive in a challenging environment.
• Follow up on in-branch leads from the Estate Agency team and maximize client value.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work collaboratively with the Estate Agency team, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient client process.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish, exceeding expectations.

• Full-time office based.
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00.
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00.
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.

The finer details:

It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification.

Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.

Requirements:

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Proof of right to work (e.g., passport or birth certificate).
• Proof of address.
• National Insurance number.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Subject to passing probationary period.
