Sales Assistant

Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

• Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
• Drive 3.5T deliveries to customers.
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business, enhance customer experience and maximise lifetime value.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including booking incoming stock onto the systems, putting it away, and picking and packing customer orders.

This is a full‑time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00‑17:00 and on a rota basis for Saturdays 08:00‑12:00, paid as overtime.

• Previous face‑to‑face sales and customer service experience.
• Team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Eagerness to learn with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Full UK manual driving licence (driving experience not essential).
