• Speak with pre‑identified businesses and decision makers
• Build rapport, understand their needs and arrange quality appointments for our sales team
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
• Collaborate with supportive managers and colleagues to refine your approach
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals – success will be visible and celebrated

• Experience working to KPIs in customer‑facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, recruitment, etc.)
• Curiosity about how businesses work and a desire to learn professional sales skills
• No formal sales experience required – we will teach you
