Goodlord is hiring experienced telesales agents to sell tenants insurance through warm leads, with a hybrid Lincoln City Centre office (3 days per week) and remote (2 days per week).
You’ll manage high‑volume outbound calls (90+ per day) and close when appropriate, with B2C or B2B opportunities, and targets based on activity and QA pass rates.
Base salary plus commission offers a realistic OTE of £40k in your first year, with a newly structured commission scheme reflecting the combined targets.
