The Opportunity
We're recruiting for Telesales Executives to join a growing team in Lincoln City Centre.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume B2C outbound telesales role, making around 90+ calls per day to warm leads. These aren't cold calls - you'll be speaking directly with customers who already have a relationship with the business.
We're looking for both experienced Telesales Executives and candidates looking to start a career in sales. You'll receive full training, ongoing support and plenty of opportunity to develop and increase your earnings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making 90+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
- Having engaging, professional conversations and identifying customer needs
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Working towards sales and performance targets
- Following clear processes and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining high customer service and quality standards
