Business Development Manager

Base Salary + Commission - realistic OTE of £50k in your first year

Hybrid Based Role - 3 days a week in our Lincoln office, 2 days per week remote

Travel
- Once per quarter travel to our London and Sheffield offices - travel fully paid

• Working with current customers to identify how to use our Rent Protection Insurance product more effectively
• Target driven, fast paced environment to grow your skills as a sales person
• Training and developing our agent base to increase customer usage and our overall insurance book
• Working with the wider insurance and account management teams to identify further opportunities
• A team where success is measured against sales performance, customer satisfaction and your ability to follow regulated processes

• Proven success in closing B2B sales both up-selling and cross-selling
• Experience working in Lettings industry - ideally at senior lettings negotiator or branch manager level
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers quickly and efficiently over the phone (and in some cases, face-to-face)
• Target driven mentality with the ability to stay motivated and resilient even under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous environment.
