• Learn how to guide customers through their vehicle-buying journey, from their first enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups, enquiries, and appointments.
• Develop your knowledge of MINI products, features, and services through manufacturer and in-house training.
• Learn how to identify and recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records using enquiry management systems.
• Assist with dealership events, vehicle displays, and promotional activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to help build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confidence when speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when required.
• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.
• A valid UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential, depending on your stage of learning.
