Sales Account Executive - Competitive Salary plus amazing commission
-Lincoln | Full-Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday
We're working with an established and successful business in Lincoln that is looking for a talented Sales Account Executive to join its growing sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships and working towards targets, but doesn't want to feel like they're working in a faceless call centre.
You’ll join an established team, receive full product training, work closely with experienced Field Sales colleagues and have the opportunity to earn a strong additional commission based on the team's success.
And here's the important bit:
If you've got good telephone experience, the right attitude and the ability to build relationships with customers, they'll teach you the products.
The roleYou’ll work alongside a Field Sales Partner to develop your sales territory and maximise its potential. That means speaking regularly with existing customers while also identifying and developing new opportunities.
Your day will involve:
- Building relationships with existing customers and new prospects
- Making proactive outbound sales calls (warm calls only)
- Handling inbound enquiries by phone, email and website
- Identifying sales opportunities and developing your territory
- Producing and managing customer quotations
- Processing orders
- Working closely with your Field Sales Partner
- Liaising with other departments to deliver a great customer experience
For the right person, there’s a lot to like.
You’ll be joining a small, established team of eight, rather than disappearing into a huge sales floor.
Working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks.
Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who is:
Driven. Competitive. Resilient. Personable. Curious.
You’ll enjoy building relationships, be confident talking to different types of customers and have the ability to turn conversations into commercial opportunities.
You’ll also need to be organised, comfortable using Microsoft Office and able to work effectively as part of a wider sales team.
The company’s profile particularly highlights people who take initiative, solve problems, communicate well, adapt to change and bounce back positively from setbacks.
