Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm + Every Other Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm
Looking for your next opportunity as a Parts Advisor?
We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established main dealership in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong automotive parts experience who is confident working across trade, retail and workshop customers.
THE ROLE
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and the workshop while ensuring parts are ordered, supplied and managed efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Working across the front and back counter, supporting Trade, Retail and Workshop customers
· Ordering, selling and supplying a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories
· Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control
· Handling a high volume of incoming calls and customer enquiries
· Identifying the correct parts quickly and accurately
· Liaising closely with Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors and external customers
· Processing parts orders and ensuring excellent levels of customer service
· Upselling relevant parts and accessories where appropriate
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Parts Advisor with:
· Previous experience within an automotive Parts Advisor role
· Experience working across Trade, Retail and Workshop counters
· Knowledge of Kerridge, 1
Link, Pinnacle or a similar DMS system
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Confidence in sales and upselling
· Good organisation and attention to detail
· The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
