NFU Mutual's Lincoln Agency is expanding, and we're looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to help drive continued growth across our area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and supportive team whilst developing a rewarding career backed by one of the UK's most respected insurance brands.

The Role You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial business opportunities across the Lincoln area.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating and converting new commercial insurance opportunities.
• Building relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Creating and developing professional introducer and referral networks.
• Conducting customer meetings and needs-based discussions.
• Presenting tailored insurance solutions for commercial clients.
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Working closely with colleagues across the Agency to achieve growth objectives.

About You We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience in sales, business development, account management or commercial insurance.
• Is confident building relationships and networking within the local business community.
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Is self-motivated, organised and target-oriented.
• Enjoys meeting customers and developing new opportunities.
• Has a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

What We Offer • £28,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience.
