Retail Support Security Officer – Tesco Partnership

Locations: Lincoln, Lincoln High Street, Brayford, St Marks (own transport required)

Shifts: Early: 07:00–15:00 / Late: 15:00–00:00 (Flexibility for both is essential – relief officer role)

Hours: 35 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

Pay: £13.47 per hour

• Store patrols — monitoring premises, customers, and staff to ensure safety
• Visible deterrence — providing a strong, reassuring presence in-store
• Incident reporting — recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activity

This is a relief officer role, so flexibility to work weekends, early shifts, and late shifts is required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional approach with strong judgement and attention to detail
• A valid SIA Licence
• A full five‑year checkable employment history
• Your own transport (multi‑site role)
• Previous security experience is desirable but not essential
