Advanced Practitioner needed for our FAST team in Lincoln paying £40 ph - Hybrid Working available!

• Location: Lincolnshire
• Rate: £40.00 per hour
• Working Pattern: Hybrid working available - 2 days per week in the office

Lincoln FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team) is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practitioner Social Worker to provide short-term cover within our fast-paced frontline service.

Our team undertakes comprehensive assessments of children and their families, managing cases across Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children and families, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions that promote sustainable change and ensure children’s safety and wellbeing.

• Undertake a wide range of statutory assessments, including:
  • Parenting Assessments
  • Risk Assessments
  • Sibling Assessments
  • Kinship Assessments
• Manage a varied caseload involving CIN, CP, and CIC cases.
• Contribute to both public and private law proceedings.
• Develop and implement effective intervention plans with families.
• Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners to achieve positive outcomes for children.
• Produce high-quality reports and court documentation where required.
