Essex County Council is seeking a Social Worker to support adults within Basildon and surrounding areas. The role involves completing assessments, reviews, and safeguarding under the Care Act framework, with emphasis on enabling independence and meaningful life choices.
You will work with individuals, families and carers, chair meetings when needed, and build partnerships with health and community organisations across Essex. Travel around the county is required and a driving licence is essential.
