Job descriptionCommunities that matter and places that belong
A workplace that champions every single voice
Shape practice, support colleagues, change lives.
We're looking for social work champions from all backgrounds to join us. Our transformation journey has enabled us to build a strong, passionate and, most importantly - permanent workforce, supported by a culture centred on relational practice, learning and continuous improvement.
We're proud of the career pathways we offer and would particularly welcome conversations with experienced social workers who are looking to continue their professional journey as well as help nurture the next generation of social workers through guidance and shared learning.
Supported by a strong leadership structure and a genuine commitment to developing talent, we champion internal progression from ASYE through to Service Director, celebrating success and supporting colleagues every step of the way.
We have worked hard to create an environment where social workers feel trusted, supported and professionally empowered.
Our leaders are visible, approachable and committed to creating the conditions for excellent practice. We believe social workers achieve the best outcomes for children when they are well supported, have access to strong management oversight, and are given the confidence to use their professional judgement.
You’ll benefit from:
- Regular reflective supervision focused on practice development and wellbeing.
- Accessible managers who are available for guidance, decision-making and support when complex situations arise.
- A strong culture of shared responsibility, where difficult decisions are never made in isolation.
- Opportunities to influence service development and shape how we work with children and families.
- A stable and experienced workforce that promotes collaboration, peer support and shared learning.
- Clear progression pathways, with investment in your professional development at every stage of your career.

If you’re looking for a service where your experience is valued, your development is supported, and your contribution can genuinely shape the future, we’d love to hear from you.
