With more than 200 staff from offices in Ashton under Lyne, Leigh and in our supported accommodation projects across the North West, we support over 7,000 people annually through the contracts we manage.

This position stands within our Jigsaw Support Wellbeingservice,which consists of 11 Wellbeing & Tenancy workers, a Hospital Discharge worker, a Hoarding Specialist, and an Ageing in Place Engagement Worker.

About the role:

As Wellbeing & Tenancy Team Leader, you will directly line manage a team of Wellbeing & Tenancy workers who deliver specialised, holistic support packages to clients group wide, ensuring that targets and outcomes are achieved in line with expectations of the service. This includes clients across the North West and Nottingham. You will be responsible for monitoring and allocating acceptable referrals to your team and signposting those which are not.

Part of your allocation process will include a continual review of individual caseloads to ensure efficient throughput. You will support delivery of the groups safeguarding processes and assess and action accordingly.
