Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30am – 3:00pm (overtime may be available)
Pay: £16.34 per hour
Overtime Rate: To be confirmed

A leading waste management company is seeking a Flatbed Driver to provide cover for a driver undergoing a knee operation. This role plays a key part in maintaining essential local services and offers the opportunity to join a well-established, supportive team.

You’ll be responsible for driving a flatbed vehicle across Lincolnshire, carrying out collections and deliveries of food waste bins. The role involves lone working, frequent vehicle entry/exit, and some heavy lifting.

• Drive a flatbed truck across Lincolnshire
• Collect and deliver food waste bins at multiple locations
• Empty bins as required
• Perform occasional heavy lifting
• Get in and out of the vehicle up to 30 times per day
• Work safely and efficiently, following health & safety guidelines
• Maintain a reliable, flexible, and positive approach to work

• Good knowledge of Lincolnshire roads
• Strong work ethic and high level of reliability
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using technology (e.g. sat navs, mobile devices)
• Physically fit and able to handle occasional heavy lifting
• Comfortable with lone working
