HGV Class 2 Route Driver

Ready to hit the road and be the face of a growing logistics team?

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced HGV/LGV Class 2 Multi‑Drop Driver to join the team. This role is ideal for a professional driver who takes pride in safe driving, punctual deliveries, and great customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across assigned routes efficiently and safely
• Loading, securing, and delivering goods to a high standard and on schedule
• Accurately completing all delivery paperwork and documentation
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly
• Adhering to road traffic laws, company procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Representing the company positively by delivering excellent customer service at every stop

Hourly Rate:
The hourly rate is £12.28 raising to £14.01 after 12 weeks. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours:

Start times vary from 2am to 6am depending on the run.

What we’re looking for:

• A valid HGV/LGV Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence
• A current Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Proven experience in multi-drop deliveries (preferred)
• Strong route planning skills with good geographical knowledge
• The ability to work independently while managing time efficiently
• Confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Happy to do early morning starts
