HGV Class 2 Driver – Home delivery.

Location:

Barton - Upon - Humber. Pay: £16.00 per hour / £39,936 per annum on a 48‑hour week. Temp to perm class 2 position. Newly qualified drivers accepted.

Salary: £39,936 per annum plus up to £750 quarterly bonus. OT is paid on a 6th shift only. Bonus can be reduced by attendance, accidents, scanning, health and safety compliance, early/late deliveries.

• Home delivery of kitchens (physically demanding role)
• Work as a 2‑man crew
• Porter required to make customer phone calls with ETA’s and record deliveries
• Deliveries must be made within the delivery time window to the customer’s room of choice
• All products must be scanned
• Report parking issues at delivery to delivery support or transport office; ensure record to avoid liability for tickets
• Be aware of 7 cameras on vehicles, 5 around and 2 in back, and follow training
• Unload at delivery point; vehicles loaded overnight
• Good timekeeping essential
• Start times 4am–6am (must have own transport)
• Shifts up to 12 hours long, average 48‑hour week
• Maximum of 6 points; no DD, CU80, IN
