Compound Operative Upper Heyford £12.21 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm (12 weeks) We are currently recruiting Compound Operatives on behalf of a well-established automotive organisation based in Upper Heyford . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable, long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Role Overview As a Compound Operative, you will be responsible for the safe movement, organisation, and basic checking of vehicles within a secure compound environment.

Key Responsibilities Moving vehicles safely around the compound Parking vehicles accurately in designated areas Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting damage Updating vehicle locations using handheld devices or paperwork Maintaining site cleanliness and health & safety standards Supporting general yard and vehicle logistics operations Requirements Full UK driving licence (essential) Confident driving manual and automatic vehicles Good attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Hours & Pay Monday to Friday £12.21 per hour 8:00am to 5:00pm 12-week temp to perm opportunity Whats on Offer Long-term, stable employment Opportunity to secure a permanent role On-site training and support Weekly pay during the temporary period If you are looking for a hands-on role within the automotive sector and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
