Forklift Driver

iRecruit4 are hiring for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our client, a well-established storage and logistics company.

Job Duties of the Counterbalance Forklift Driver:
Loading and unloading containers safely and efficiently. Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck. Working both inside and outdoors in all weather conditions. Transporting goods between containers, yard, and warehouse locations. Accurately placing items into designated storage areas. Assisting with stock movement and organisation across the site. Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the forklift and reporting any faults. Ensuring all loads are secure, stable, and handled with care.

Working to schedules and instructions to meet daily operational targets. Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling goods. Adhering to all health and safety procedures and site regulations. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. Additional Information for the Counterbalance Forklift Driver:
Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday. 22:00 - Finish Finish time between 06:00 - 09:00 due to nature of the role. Must hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate £14.86 Per Hour. Long term work available.
