What You’ll Be Involved InStores & Logistics Coordinator responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, from receipt of material and storage to kitting and final delivery, while managing all daily warehouse and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management – Monitor and maintain stock accuracy using SAP, perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits.
- Warehouse Operations – Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, picking, and packing of incoming and outgoing goods. Keep warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Transportation Coordination – Plan, manage, and coordinate all outbound shipments with internal teams, suppliers, and external carriers.
- Documentation and Compliance – Manage shipping documentation, product documentation, and associated records. Prepare and verify shipping documents including packing lists, commercial invoices, and export classifications for controlled goods.
- Supplier and Customer Relations – Communicate with carriers, internal team, and customers to ensure on‑time deliveries.
- Proven logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management experience; strong ERP/MRP (preferably SAP) knowledge.
- Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to resolve shipping delays, damages, or stock discrepancies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with suppliers, drivers, customers, and management.
- Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy in orders, documentation, and records.
- Familiarity with customs compliance and international shipping regulations.
- Ability to obtain full UK Security clearance.
