Transport Planner

Responsibilities

• Liaise with third-party companies and transport vendors.
• Prepare and verify collection and delivery paperwork.
• Maintain and update transport logs, spreadsheets and other records.
• Produce reports as required.

• Experience in transport or logistics planning.
• Experience in fleet management, route planning, logistics coordination or transport administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work as a liaison between multiple departments.

Monday to Friday day shifts. Flexibility during peak periods is required; shifts may extend up to 10 hours per day. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate requirement for someone to start at the beginning of July.
