Delivery Unitsrunning like clockwork. From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection,youllbe the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service.

Youlloversee daily activity, tackle issues before they escape, and keep the operation flowing seamlessly so our customers get thegreat experiencethey expect.

• Support the onboarding of new couriers andallocatework effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.

• A
  current UK driving licence

• Solid understanding of the
  self-employed courier model
  .
• Experience working in a
  fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment
  .
• Strong
  problem-solving
  , organisation, and a ttention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to
  spot and elevate risks quickly
