Warehouse Operative

Reed Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in Newry who are seeking a motivated and reliable Stores / Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Role Overview This is a hands-on position within a busy warehouse environment, supporting the day-to-day operations involved in handling and distributing goods and associated accessories. Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 5:00pm Friday: 6:30am - 4:00pm Salary & Benefits Annual salary Benefits: 29 days holiday Standard pension scheme Full training provided Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities Managing all incoming and outgoing goods Handling heavy goods Preparing goods for dispatch, sale, delivery, or collection Coordinating closely with administration and fitting teams Ensuring stock is organised and warehouse operations run efficiently Requirements Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials Valid Forklift Truck licence/certificate Full driving licence (essential) - occasional van driving between two sites and local deliveries required CSR Site Card desirable (can be obtained quickly if not already held) Strong teamwork and communication skills Our client is looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, practical environment.
