Smiths News plc is recruiting for a Night Shift Operations Team Leader to oversee our warehouse operations on a 12 Fixed Term Contract, maternity cover. The role is 35 hours per week with a competitive salary of £27,354.60 per annum.
You will lead a dedicated team, ensure safety and efficiency, train staff, monitor attendance and performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
