• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of parts and materials, verifying them against purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts and equipment for daily dispatch to support planned maintenance and operational activities.
• Safely operate materials handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, load, and store inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and industry standards.

• Accurately record all inbound and outbound material movements in the inventory management system (e.g., SAP) to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Process part orders and manage stock levels to ensure availability of critical components and supplies.

• Collaborate with service planners and technicians to ensure the timely availability and delivery of parts for scheduled work.
• Perform daily safety inspections on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or potential hazards.
• Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety standards, quality control procedures, and material handling regulations.

• Preferable Forklift Certification and Crane Driving Experience.
• Vocational qualification or equivalent in logistics, warehousing, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or materials handling role, preferably within an industrial or engineering environment.
• Experience using inventory management systems, with proficiency in SAP being highly advantageous.
