Warehouse Operative – Crick, Northamptonshire – £13.51 Per Hour People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday working with no weekends, weekly pay, ongoing full-time work and immediate starts available. £13.51 Per Hour | £16.89 Overtime | Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts Looking for a full-time warehouse job with consistent hours, weekly pay and your weekends free?
Join a busy warehouse operation within the Goods In department, where you'll be part of a hands-on team unloading deliveries, handling stock and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Goods In Operative, Container Unloader, Warehouse Assistant, Order Picker or General Warehouse Operative. Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm
• No weekend working
• Full-time hours Rates of Pay • £13.51 per hour basic • £16.89 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours

• Training provided Day-to-Day Duties As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
• Working within a busy Goods In department
• Unloading containers and delivery vehicles
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties, including two-person lifts where required
• Receiving, checking and booking in stock accurately
• Palletising, wrapping and banding pallets
• Moving, storing and organising warehouse stock
• Ensuring products are handled and stored safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures Essential Skills To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to carry out physically demanding warehouse duties
• Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
• Basic spoken and written English
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and good timekeeping
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently when required
• A positive and proactive attitude Training Provided
• Site-specific training
• Health and safety guidance and support
