As a Product Manager Utility Digitization here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive the digital transformation of utility operations. You will be at the forefront of innovating solutions that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer engagement within the utility sector.

You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX or Lincolnshire, IL location on a hybrid work  this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by delivering cutting-edge digital products that meet market demands and customer needs, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle management and market adoption.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE5 or more years of experience in product management within the gas utility or energy sector, focusing on digital solutions and technology innovation.

Strong knowledge of gas utility industry trends, digital transformation, and smart grid technologies.
5 or more years of experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and customer-centric product development.

Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and data analytics tools relevant to gas utility digitization.

MBAWE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Experience with IoT, cloud platforms, and data-driven product innovation is highly desirable.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and drive change effectively.
