Graphic Designer (Contract - Onsite in Lincolnshire, IL)

Onsite role - at least 3-4 days per week required

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Lincolnshire, IL. In this role, you’ll design and develop compelling digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms that strengthen and advance our client’s brand.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level designer with strong creative instincts, excellent collaboration skills, and experience across digital channels. You’ll work closely with an art director, copywriters, and account teams to deliver high-quality designs that communicate effectively, stay on brand, and drive business goals.

• Develop a deep understanding of the brand and ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables
• Produce digital and print materials for social media, email, and web campaigns
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to align project goals and execution
• Participate in creative kickoffs, present concepts, and contribute design recommendations during reviews
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design excellence
• Stay current on marketing, design, and digital trends to inspire new creative ideas

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required;
  Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 4‑5 years of professional design experience in advertising, marketing, or digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and motion design a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across multiple platforms/devices
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of humor

Contract Length: 4.5 months (possibility of extension)
