The Testing and Applications Engineer II is responsible for project planning and timeliness of product testing including engineering analysis, documentation, and report writing. They are developing a strong understanding of testing and support additional activities within the lab. Individuals in this role need minimal guidance from Sr. Engineers and Management to perform daily activities.
- Bachelors Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of PCB/PCBA and IPC 610, or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering fundamentals and principles.
- Must possess strong technical and analytical skills. Must possess planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated oral and written communication with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), analysis and design software.
- Ability to facilitate projects and solutions.
This role has an annual salary range of $73,000 - $91,000. In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Klein Tools Inc. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and location.
