Client Accounting Services Manager
The Client Accounting Services Manager for Private Company Post-Close Acquisition Accounting oversees post‑merger financial processes, including purchase price accounting, net working capital true‑ups, and accounting system implementations to ensure seamless transitions for newly acquired businesses. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, project management skills, and a client‑focused approach to deliver accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
Qualified candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred), significant experience in M&A and post‑close integration, and expertise with accounting software and U.S. GAAP. The position also involves leading teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to practice development through best‑practice documentation and training. This role is expected to work onsite 5 days/week out of the Lincolnshire office.
Compensation:
Base salary is dependent upon experience but will range from $120K-150K.
