We’re looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Acacia Hall, Lincoln
As a Senior Life Practitioner you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;
- Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
- Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
- Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
- Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
Pay & Progression
We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow;
Level 1: £13.99 Level 2: £14.31 Level 3: £15.19

Your Qualities:
- A genuine passion for care and supporting others to reach their potential
- Teamwork, resilience, and a proactive attitude
- Confidence to ask for support and share ideas
- Good communication and basic IT skills
- NVQ level 3 in children's residential care
- Experience in leading a team
