Position: Admissions Coordinator
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt / 30 hrs per week
Pay: $24/hour + bonus after 30 days
Schedule: 4 day work week, flexible rotating weekend

We’re looking for a hospitality-focused professional to manage the Health Center admissions process and be the primary connection between our facility, families, and referral partners. You'll play a key role in welcoming new residents and ensuring a smooth transition into our community.

• Handle referrals and maintain waitlists
• Provide tours to potential residents and/or family members
• Collect necessary paperwork and conduct admission interviews
• Track census data (admissions, discharges, transfers, etc.)
• Coordinate closely with all departments for smooth admissions
• Be a go-to contact for families and help resolve inquiries or concerns

• Strong communication and people skills
• Knowledge of Medicare Part A & medical terminology
• Organized, proactive, and great at managing multiple priorities
