LCS is seeking a licensed nursing home administrator at Sedgebrook located in Lincolnshire, IL. The administrator is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the skilled nursing, ensuring alignment with the broader life plan community mission & goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day to day operations including census management, budgeting, staffing, and quality outcomes
  • Lead, coach, and develop department leaders to build strong teams and a positive workplace culture
  • Partner with community leadership to support community initiatives and resident care
  • Develop and manage the skilled nursing operating budget & analyze financial and operational data to drive informed decision making

What We’re Looking For:

  • Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of IL (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Additional Information

Travel frequency: 10-15%
