Inside sales heavy infrastructure business unit, will assist the current Heavy infrastructure field sales team with monthly sales reports, end user bid information and create marketing materials to help facilitate new product adoption. In addition, they will support field sales traveling to various customer events as needed/directed by the sales team.
Responsibilities- Assist end users & distributors with technical information on returns, warranties and product information requests
- Support field sales operations with monthly sale reports, pricing & marketing materials
- Attend regional and national trade shows for the channel
- Work with select distributors assigned to your desk to grow current product mix
- Provide technical training for distributor sales representatives
- Work on end user pricing bids
- Analyze market trends in the industry
- Travel 25% of time
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability and willingness to travel an average of 25% throughout North America.
- Professional, competent, and credible when visiting sales accounts.
- Strong team focus and ability to work with others, both internal and external to the organization.
- Sense of urgency and ability to respond and adapt to changing market demands/business needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to grasp, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; use fingers to touch, pick or pinch objects; reach with hands and arms; push or pull; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; use foot or leg controls; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
For all jobs no one should lift over 50lbs on their own. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

CompensationThis role has an annual salary range of $48,000 - $55,000. In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Klein Tools Inc.
