Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aircraft parts against purchase orders and invoices.
- Check for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies to management.
- Update inventory records and ensure proper labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer orders.
- Verify shipment details, including addresses, labels, and packaging specifications.
- Generate and process shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse required.
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency is a must
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
- Requires lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive movements.
- Fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
