Atrium Health is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care physician for a position at Atrium Health Pulmonology & Sleep cific fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine is required.

Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Pulmonology and Critical Care
• BC/BE in Sleep Medicine (optional)
• Mon-Fri clinic 8-5, nights/weekends are covered by Virtual Critical Care

Position Highlights:

• Join an established and growing practice with 1 physician
• Provide outpatient services at the Lincoln office
• Provide inpatient Pulmonary and Critical Care consultative services at Lincoln
• Perform Pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy and thoracentesis
• Collaborate with our hospitalist team for inpatient care and enjoy a limited call schedule that promotes work-life balance
• Opportunity to develop and lead the expansion of advanced bronchoscopy services in the market
• Part of a large group of Pulmonary and Critical Care providers (>70 physicians and >50 APPs) throughout the Greater Charlotte region
• Support from a robust Virtual Critical Care program that reduces ICU calls
• In-house anesthesia support for airway management and a vascular access and surgical team for central line placements
• Option to participate in Virtual Critical Care services across Charlotte and Wake Forest facilities

Atrium Health Pulmonology & Sleep at Lincoln is located on the Atrium Health Lincoln campus, a 101-bed hospital with multiple medical office buildings. The campus offers easy access to specialists in Cardiology, ENT, Family Medicine, Gastroenterology, Surgery, Heme/Onc, Neurology, OBGYN, Orthopedics, and Urology.

Lincoln is situated 35 minutes from Charlotte International Airport and 90 minutes from Asheville, NC. It is a small city outside the Charlotte metro area, on the west side of Lake Norman, with excellent schools, lake access, and proximity to Charlotte, Davidson, and Huntersville.
