Trainer, Healthcare Administration

Abound Health is seeking a Trainer to join our team in a hybrid capacity with occasional travel to office and community locations. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor. The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to staff supporting individuals receiving Innovations Waiver and State-Funded Services, ensuring compliance, competency, and alignment with Abound Health’s mission and values.

• Assess training needs in partnership with managers
• Deliver AIM Levels 1–3, CPR/First Aid, and Medical Administration training
• Design, implement, and adapt training programs and materials
• Support onboarding and mentor new employees
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions and logistics
• Track attendance, certifications, and required documentation
• Ensure participant safety, dignity, confidentiality, and compliance

• Experience delivering training or education, preferably in IDD or healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and related systems
• Willingness to travel to office locations at least twice per month

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
