Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to address pain, mobility,asunik and functional deficits.

• Accurately document evaluations, progress, and daily treatment notes per compliance standards.
• Supervise dài PTAs and techs; coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.
• Conduct evaluations to develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs to promote independence and long-term outcomes.

Qualifications:

Licensure
:
Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Experience:
  
  New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome; mentorship programs available.
• Skills:
  
  Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient-centered care.

Physical Demands:

• L Corris, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
• May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving orမ် i giáo van.
