• Support the startup and implementation of the brazing operation of a new production line in the existing Lincolnton, NC facility.
• During startup, learn first‑hand the process and help develop local work instructions and standards. This position will require extended overseas travel for training.
• Actively communicate with related departments (Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.).
• Train and monitor new production associates working on the specified shift and provide timely and effective feedback when required.
• Be responsible for loading/unloading, operating, adjusting, changing‑over, maintaining multiple machines, conducting 5S, and aiding in trouble‑shooting. Responsible to reach daily targets and to escalates in case of deviations.

• High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational schooling is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of previous experience in brazing processes (or similar).
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and understand new processes, machines, and technology.
• Flexible to work different shifts, overtime.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
• Proper hand dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to read and prepare orders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
• Able to read product prints and check product to match.
• Proficient in the use of measuring devices.
• Setup machine using basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Identify and assess common problems with machine, trouble‑shooting.
• Read and follow standard operating procedures.
• Understand and follow procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization.
