Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, working with teams, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
The Project Supervisor will supervise teams at customer sites, train and coach members, communicate with customers to build strong relationships, and develop work instructions while overseeing project setup.
This is a genuine position to take on the Manufacturing Quality Project Lead role at Paycom.
