Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cheesecake batters, bases, and ingredients
Portion, pan, and stage products for baking
Operate ovens and baking equipment safely and accurately
Monitor bake times and product quality
Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Assist with daily production goals and batch prep
Report product or equipment issues to management
Support general bakery tasks (cleaning, stocking, packaging)
